iceland in a nutshell
Iceland in a Nutshell is a reaction to how the country has evolved into a tourist attraction amongst friends and acquaintances.
Contrary to what the audience might think, my intention is not to ridicule Iceland. Instead, I question one's motivation to explore a country only few people showed interest in visiting up until recently.
In the video, I depict the Iceland experience in a superficial manner. A manner just as shallow as the way some people spill photographs of their soul-searching trips to Iceland on Facebook and other social media platforms.
Did you find yourself while taking pictures of picturesque geysers? And did you really see those geysers? Or were you wondering which photograph would get more likes?
I ask myself if Iceland will still be trending in a few months. Or did the Iceland craze already die down? Not sure. I haven't been very social lately...
