The effect is an absurdist take on the famous Kuleshov effect.
The video shows an object desperately trying to get an observer's attention by showing off its cleavage. The object has a small bosom though and fails to get the observer's attention. In fact, the observer is so bored with the object's attempt to be sexy, (s)he actually falls asleep.
Contrary to Kuleshov, I juxtapose two images that dictate one single interpretation: the observer doesn't care for objects with a small bosom. As the observer fails to just observe (as executed in Kuleshov's montage), the experiment fails.
